Terms of service
These terms cover your use of this website and the Vizy service. By using them you agree to these terms. Each customer also signs an order form, which wins if the two ever disagree.
The service
Vizy provides an AI knowledge brain connected to your company's tools, plus setup and support as described in your order form.
Your data
You own your data. You give us permission to process it only to provide the service to you. We do not use it to train AI models, and we delete it when you ask or when your account ends.
Fees and cancellation
Setup fees are paid as agreed in your order form. Monthly fees are billed in advance and you can cancel with 30 days notice.
Acceptable use
- Only connect data you have the right to use.
- Do not use the service to break the law or harm others.
- Do not try to access other customers' data or disrupt the service.
AI answers
Answers come from your own data and show their sources. Check important answers against the source before acting on them.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before a claim.
